Hope everyone's summer is going well. Just a quick post to update you where we've been & what we're up to. We had a great evening (June 20th) at The Word Shop Parable Christian Store. Owners Don & Cathy made us feel right at home and we had the opportunity to meet & fellowship with many that evening, if you're in the area, make sure you visit their store!
Fast-forward to June 26th, 27th, 28th...
We started last weekend at Body & Soul opening their new 'Corner Cafe'. We were honored that George & Wuzzy asked us to kick-off their grand opening. It was great seeing familiar faces (Pastor Bob), as well as meeting new friends. We had a fantastic evening and weather did not deter people from attending. We were humbled by the warmth & generosity of George & Wuzzy! God filled the room to capacity! We always look forward to visiting them and certainly look forward to playing there in the future!
Saturday (27th) found us at the pavillion in Ocean Grove... As usual, it was amazing. We met some wonderful new friends and even saw some familiar faces. We love Ocean Grove! God's Square Mile....
Sunday (28th) founding us in Ewing, NJ to play 'Save The Sanctuary'. It was a Blessing to be part of this and would like to thank our friend John Slover and our new frieinds, Bob & Helen Kull... We pray that the Sanctuary is saved...
Late that evening, John Slover invited us to do a quick, impromptu performance at his church. All of the amazing animated figures on stage were created & designed by John! Our friends John, Helen &Bob found themselves inside those robots! It was a lot of fun...
